Don't panic!

I want a tattoo.

Not just any tattoo, but a very particular one. I want to have the phrase "DON'T PANIC!" inked on my skin. Why? Let me tell you.

1) I've been suffering panic attacks since high school, and having someone to tell my not to panic is usually pretty reassuring. I'd hope that this tattoo would give me calmness too. Not a bad advice for anyone over-worrying things, though.

2) I love Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

3) I love Douglas Adams (the author of the previously mentioned novel).

4) I love science fiction.

5) I love literature tattoos.

The font is actually Bitstream Vera Serif, meaning it's an open source font which anyone can freely download, use and remix. Suits nicely my views of such things. Btw I use Gimp too. The capital letters are featured in the book's typography, so I want to use them too. Afterall, the phrase is written "in big, friendly letters".

The placement is also carefully thought out. It has to be somewhere where I can easily see it my self, and where I can also easily let others see it too, but still in a place where I can hide it if needed. So the inner arm between armpit and elbow seems to be the perfect choice. Left side, close to the heart.
