Check out my new hair!

It's a step to the dark side (Star Wars -fan, who, me?) mainly because of my roots. My hair grows so rapidly, that my true color starts to show veeery quickly, hence the frequent salon visits that rip off my wallet. Going back to natural color should prevent this. Yay, soon I only need to have my hair cut!I like it. It's different.
It's pretty funny that nearly every hair dresser I've been to seems to have a curious love for naturally curly hair. They always want to make them curlicious instead of straightening them while drying them, and if I refuse, they seem to be very disappointed. Well, this time I didn't say no. I actually like these lightly done curls, they're very close to what my hair usually looks like...
The girl who did my hair used Tigi's Foxy Curls Hi-Def Curl Spray (pic on the left) to bring out my curls and give them shine and bounce. The smell was amazing, like citrus and melon, perhaps some candy mixed within. I may have to get this myself: talk me out of it, please! Or... Convince me even more!

as a stylist I understand the excitement of curls. It's rare that a client actually likes their natural texture, and honestly all the straightening and blow outs kills. After 8+ hours of that, you'd love curly hair too. It sounds lazy, but it really is true. Curly hair is awesome in it's own right and more people should embrace it.
I like the idea of natural hair color. Unfortunately I'll never be able to pull it off. I like being a brunette far more than the actual shade.
